James G. Baughman - President, CEO & Chairman of the Board Mr. Baughman, age 55, has worked as a geologist for more than 25 years in mining operations and mineral exploration projects for precious, base metals, and uranium and in 2010 founded, and was President of, New Fork Uranium Corp. Mr. Baughman has provided technical services and project management for a number of major and junior mining companies. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Baughman was the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of High Plains Uranium Corp, where he managed a successful initial public offering on the TSX. In 1983, Mr. Baughman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Wyoming, Laramie. He is a registered professional geologist in the State of Wyoming. |
James M. Seed - Director For 30 years, James Seed has served as Chairman, President, and Owner of privately owned land development companies The Astra Ventures Inc. and The Astra Projects Inc. He joined Fischer-Watt as a Director in 1996. In the 1980s, he was President and Owner of Buffinton Box Company, Commissioner and a Trustee of the Galaxy Funds (a multi-billion dollar family of funds), and a Trustee of Brown University. In the 1970s, he was with Fleet Financial Group, serving two years as Corporate Treasurer. He is a graduate of Brown University and also holds an MBA from Stanford University. |
William Rapaglia - Director William J. Rapaglia has over twenty years experience in real estate, acquisitions, constructions and development. Since 1995, Mr. Rapaglia has been involved with the management, direction, growth and development of both private and public companies. He currently serves as CEO and Chairman of a privately-held defense contracting company. He has been involved in the mining industry since 1997 and joined Fischer-Watt as a Director in 2003. |

Schifrin - Secretary Mr. Schifrin, age 53, has worked as a geologist and manager for 29 years in the mining and mineral exploration industry where he has been involved in precious, base metals, rare earth and uranium exploration and development. Mr. Schifrin has provided technical services and project management for major and junior mining companies. Mr. Schifrin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Idaho, Moscow in 1983. He is a registered professional geologist in the State of Washington. |
